Sea! I made icing.

Came home from work and made some icing for my mums 50th cake. I'm trialing icing that looks like water before next week. It actually turned out amazing, better than expected.

It's weird, it's like a gel, but sets like jelly, but you can still touch it and it looks translucent. Amazing effect.
