Are our friends electric

Electrical shooting pains up my arms and across the back of my neck. Hurts when I walk and drive over speed bumps!

Yoga eased things on Monday but it's taking ages to shift and hot baths don't help. I think it could be a trapped nerve in my left shoulder. I guess I'll have to see someone about it :-/
