Bald Eagle

I was almost blase about seeing these magnificent creatures when I took this photo. I week before, when I first saw the first one in the wild I screamed, clutching my camera, ran, slid into a ditch, heart pounding. The eagle calmly landed in the tree next to me and I just gasped.
This one sat on a lamp post on the campsite, I thought for a while before getting the camera and walking up to it really close and then waited until it took off, this is the result!
