Staff retreat

At Oikos this year. Best bit was listening to each other's inheritance tracks - a song you inherited when you were younger and one you'd want to pass on. Some weird and wonderful tracks! Good insight into people! These were dotted throughout the two days - and when you did your tracks you had to then say what you'd inherited from SCBC and what you'd like to leave behind.
