2 Days Later

Another gray, drizzly day, but wait...there is an amaryllis bud opening. Get out the camera and start taking pictures.

It has grown 2 1/2 inches in the last two days and the bud is opening. I think I see pink! To me, it looks like a bird's beak with the tongue showing.

Now that this is done, I can go work on my second puzzle that was started a week ago.

I am grateful for distractions on a rainy day.
