Time for the old GB plates?

''Getting Better'' with the old fluffy water thingy.

Took off with LA and him up to Whinlatter visitors centre. Funny thing there ... The wetter/worse the weather, the more people you'll find there.
We nearly didn't find a car park, took three circuits.
Finally got up there the place was heaving, no dogs inside, the bulk of the 20 or so external, covered seats were occupied by dogless hordes and it was raining PISSistantly/chucking it down.
SO
Gave up and zoomed back to Coledale Inn for an attack of Bangers and Mash, etc.
SHOCK HORROR ...The sky changed colour, to a very strange and unnerving blue, with funny white bit on.
RIGHT ...back to Spout Force.
Didn't actually bother with the Force proper, you can't really see it for trees and there's no easy lower approach without either a pair of waders or shorts and no socks.
Thence home for a feed and a ''Catch up on t'crack''.
And a grand time was had by all... Eventually ;¬))
