What a difference a day makes

I had a really enjoyable morning with a couple of good friends but after the euphoria of yesterday, having decided on a kitchen, we arrived at the house to discover our plans weren't possible because the measurements were wrong!  There were also a couple of unexpected problems which are going to cost us more.  C is now quite worried about the builders and spiralling costs.  Not a good afternoon - hence the alcohol!!
