Hellebore

For Floral Friday, what better excuse to head to RHS Wisley on my way to Mum's for the weekend. Even better it's been a day of sunny blue skies, and the thermals did their job in the frosty conditions.

There were very few actual flowers around (I stayed away from the glass house and the butterflies - which is next week's jaunt), but managed to find this early Hellebore. 

The extras demonstrate the frosty conditions, including some duck apparently walking on water!
