Women's March

To the Edinburgh Women's March today. Some professional looking placards and banners but many more homemade ones. The demonstration was outside the American Consulate in Regent Terrace. About 20 of us took the train through from Stirling and joined the peaceful and good natured crowd with a bit of singing (Amazing Grace, We Shall Overcome etc) and shouting (oh no, Trump must go etc). The sun shone on us and it felt important to be there.
