Ice Lens

I have been thinking of trying out this idea all week but haven't got around to it. Today I walked past the bucket where the ice was sitting in the bottom & thought why not ?

So here you go ....a mono plane crossing jet vapour trails taken through a lens made of ice.......Oh what fun ...


A lazy day on my part - C has been ironing & the kids just dropped in with a stair gate in readiness for that dreaded time when the boy starts running around !

A frosty misty morning, followed by a cold sunny day with wall to wall blue skies...
