Ice skating !!!

Great weather today, so I packed my poor arthritis knee properly and left ice skating with my husband to the lake. Felt tensed, my back too a bit sore, but skating was ok and I did not fall down once.

I felt like winner. So brave me..!

Hubby and our son also were there on skates. Our son had hockey skates, but Hubby did buy himself a hiking skates today. And of course he had to test skate them immediately - and test skate was good.

Hubby seems to have encouraged for moving, made yesterday a short walk too. Overweighted he is, so I am happy for him.
