Thought provoking

Spent the morning on domestic jobs then a sprint round Sainsbury's to stock up on all the diet fruit and veg. I don't understand why I can eat unlitmited amounts of pasta but get penalised on a seeded bread roll!

Whilst MrPB went to see his mum I took Indie for a long walk. We didn't see the kingfisher but did see a heron in a tree! Also spotted these flowers. It isn't the first time I have seen flowers left around this area,quite sweet but sad.
