Mountain view

Today was a highlight...we went on a tractor trip up the Langerberg to a magnificent viewpoint at a height of 1500 metres.  The tractor pulled a trailor with about 40 people up steep, winding roads! At the top we were trested to a glass of Muscadel (a sweet wine) and then we returned to the farm for a wonderful three course lunch served under the trees....a potjie has never tasted so good ( potjiekos is meat and vegetables slow cooked over a fire for those that don't know....like a stew but so much tastier)
We truly live in a beautiful country.
