Squirrel Appreciation Day?

Went out this morning and had varied reactions to the fact that it is Squirrel Appreciation Day (apparently!).  The squirrel was shocked as he did not realize...the Barred Owl couldn't care less as he feels that every day is Owl Appreciation Day...the Cardinal was slightly puzzled as I seem to appreciate her quite a bit every day...and, finally the deer was simply shocked!  "When is Deer Appreciation Day?"  was all she wanted to know!
