The Bell Tower

The Bell Tower at Sandy town hall.
Except it's not the town hall, it's the roundabout club. No prizes for guessing where that club is then!
Although according to local information it's not ever been used by the council as a town hall. I will blip the front of the building one day as that is quite interesting too.
