Shepherds' Hall Ale House

A day working from home with Steve and then down to Chorley for a drink with Dom. (This is proving to be a bad week for not drinking: Mike and Sarah's last Sunday, Dom tonight, and London tomorrow.)

I love this little Ale House. It's really only the size of someone's front room with a bar in one corner. It seems to be remarkably cheaper than a pub and also the snacks are a lot more interesting; we enjoyed a pork pie each.

We only had a couple of hours this evening but it was still a delight to spend some time with this delightful and remarkable man.
