Saumarez Park

It has been bitterly cold today, but clear and bright. So after running a few errands this morning, including taking my mountain of excess clothes to the charity shop, I took my lovely nephew to the park. He was hugely excited to be going in Nic-Nic's car with the lion (Peugeot!) and sitting in the front seat too. We had a lovely time chasing round the park, being 'a bit scary' by the ducks and finding the Gruffalo's house.
Special times indeed.
I've been to a party this evening. I'm not normally a big fan as I hate going in on my own and talking to a room of new people. All a bit scary, to quote J! But this party was good fun and we had lots of laughs.
