Jambalaya

Lunch chez Taylor today; our Moms and Kie popped over for jambalaya, lemon tart and fancy tea (or non-fancy beer, in Kie and Rich's cases!) We've not made jambalaya before, and despite a good portion of it getting stuck to the base of the saucepan, it was really yummy! Lovely to spend time with our Ma's too :)
