To get started a brave Mark uses a tree to balance his unicycle before heading-off down a steep tree-lined path, leading to section of 109 steps where his pal Keith waited....to pick-up the pieces?

A unicycle is controlled only by the direct drive pedals.

Note the shin pads and crash helmet.
