Today has been rather frustrating!

I wont go into it...lets just say we underestimated the amount of fallen leaves and it appears the previous owners pretty much left the leaves to rot for possibly the last three years.  No wonder the fence in parts is in bad shape.

But, never mind, we will get there and some of it wont really matter as we plan to build on it!

This little robin kept us company for most of the day.  Even though I am challenging myself (failing) to B&W month, I couldn't help a little colour splash.  (please excuse the very dodgy focus and quality photo).
