very long day yesterday....we did an all nighter to make the most of edinburgh so drove back home this morning

there is something adventurous about being on the roads at night...altho a bit scary when you get lost...

a very lazy day but then i made nshima (staple food for most sub saharan countires - my boyfriend is zimbabwean) and he loved it...i think thats the sign i cooked it well. i wasnt sure how he would like it since i havent made it in ages!

we ate huge lumps and it was delish! Banana... hope your proud!

then we went for a boogie into town....we danced the night away!! :)
