Another Sunset

Having been spoilt for choice yesterday, options were more limited today. It was either this....or a photo of the iron.

The morning was spent doing the usual chores (making bread, ironing and tidying round).

Watched the final part of the Sherlock TV series and n the early afternoon (the less said about that the better) before a short walk up to the local shops to buy a few bits and dispose of the glass for recycling. Walking back through the park I took a detour round the duck pond and liked this view of a frozen lake with the sun setting behind. There were a few more photos from a railway bridge on the way back where the straight lines of the tracks and the embankment had a pleasing effect on perspective that were options too. I might go back one evening and have another go at that shot.

Tonight I plan to get warm, pour a nice whiskey and watch the NFL game with my eldest son. Work will be around again in no time whatsoever.
