At the beech

This is a lane near Ballymoney that has beech trees planted on either side. There were originally 101 of them. It is thought they were planted in the late 1700s. Sadly they are coming to the end of there natural lives and some are now gone. I like how they have grown into each other at the tops and I have seen photos where they look really eerie.
