Gun Knowe Loch

Today was another cold day but unlike yesterday, it was dull and miserable. This morning I read an article in The Observer about an architect, Peter Wormsley, (described as one of the best British architects of the twentieth century) who designed some buildings near here. We were already familiar with one of them - the Gala Fairy Dean football ground in Galashiels - a bit of it is here https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/4957414
We decided to go an have a look at another of his buildings- the boiler house at a former mental hospital at Darnick - my extra. I'm not sure I would like to live across the road from it!
