Skating on .....

...... thin ice!!!
We had a lovely walk in the park this morning , altho' the ice was still very much in evidence . The wild live seemed to be able to cope with it, really funny to see the antics on the lakes . We had a coffee outside the park in a lovely coffee shop then walked back retracing our steps to reach the car! My BP is fluctuating but I'm sure it's going the right way now. Back and right hip painful on return walk still I have to plough on, I must say I was a little breathless too . I'm ok tho' , news of my grandson is still serious but things are better than yesterday I think.

Thankful ..... for A to take me out today and for the hospital staff looking after J. Hope you all had a good weekend
