Stamp collector

A bit of a funny day. We were expecting friends on the fast ferry but it was cancelled due to the high winds. They were put on the all day conventional ferry to get here at tea time. This morning we went into town for new shoes. J and S were great. They both have very wide feet (mum's fault) so had no choice. There was only one pair for each of them that fitted. S is now 13 1/2 and J is 5 - both H width!

Back at home we caught up with chores and I snoozed. J set up his train set and S set to soaking off some stamps for her album.

Mark had a wedding so J, S and I went to the north of the island to look out for the Clipper (ferry). It finally docked at 5 pm. Glad to see our friends safely here.
