The Vyne

We joined the National Trust and will be doing a lot of sight seeing which suits me just fine as everything is new and exciting for me. Love all the places which are steeped in history. This was an mansion dating back 500 years with beautifuly gardens. Just walking around the gardens was a walk of 2 1/2 miles which was stunning, through forests etc. Luckily the rain held off until we got to the car park! We've just finished watching Downton Abbey so it was lovely visiting a 'real life' setting of around the same era!
