Another Misty Morning

This time taken from inside the workhouse.

Another good swim this morning. Nearly swam a mile. Recovered ok especially after yesterday's early morning run and yesterday afternoon's fin swimming session. Feellin' good, just. Only four months to go till the Chester half Marathon. Need to start upping the mileage soon...
