Iced Leaves

At least the sun has tried and been out briefly today but it remains bitterly cold.

A shock to the system this morning having to break the cover of ice to get into the car before then having to scrape the windscreens.

I saw this bramble bush when out for my (brief) lunchtime walk and loved the vivid, fresh green of it's leaves caused by the ice covering melting away :-)
