Through her father's eyes

We attended the wedding of our friends Rob and Maggie (yesterday - this is a back-blip). It was a lovely wedding venue at Queenston Heights, a lovely and historic site. Soo many pictures to choose from.

In the end I chose this one because I liked the perspective. The gentleman to the right of the frame is Maggie's father. She is the last of his four daughters to marry. This, of course, is the kiss between bride and groom.

I must say, it was an odd moment when I realized we may be equally close to being the parents of the bride as to our own wedding day (I was 24 when I married 14 years ago and have a 10 year old daughter).
