Mrs Pheasant

This female pheasant was one of 4 that visited my garden today. Normally they stay behind the fence in the long grass so I was surprised to see them strutting across the lawn. Thankfully I managed to get a photo before Tinker spotted them and scared them off.
I went for another run today slightly further than last week 2.83 miles in 32mins. I'm trying to build it to 35mins and 3 miles, but for now I'm happy with that.
