Cowdray Ruins in the Gloom

Extra is of a loan swan on the River Rother which flows in front of the ruins. 'Twas a muddy walk, but one must get one's exercise! And there was a spring in my step as I was rejoicing at the news from my doc that I do not need a new hip (confirming the chiropractor's assessment) but something is afoot - either actually with my foot or the sacroiliac joint and most likely both. Awaiting physiotherapy. And possibly the podiatrist...
