First letter of what

I said when I realised that my card had been cloned/hacked as I had NOT bought a flight through Omegatravel in Birmingham for £1200+. The card had not been used since August and has not been out of my possession. Now unless Luce can access my wallet, use the phone or type I have no idea how the details were obtained.......unless my Mac has been got at which I doubt. Same happened a few years ago with a different card and again no real explanation. Do these B******s just try any combination of numbers until they hit lucky? I think the card company will refund the money.....they'd better!
