Friargate - Work in Progress

According to the official website: 

"Friargate is a £100 million regeneration project delivering 37 acres of Grade A offices, hotels, residential and leisure space. The development will span 3,200,000 sq ft, and provide 15,000 new jobs when complete."


Let's see how it pans out.  It will certainly be an improvement on what was there before.
