Strensall Common - View from the car

I feel very fortunate to live so close to this dramatic and long stretch of heathland.

On days like today, where I've mostly had my head down in front of a computer all day, I just like to go for a drive this way home after the school run. It clears my head and calms my children after a frenetic day at school. I also figure that seeing nature from the car is still better than not seeing it at all.
