Macro

A nice day at the studio with the cameras and some objects for macro photography.

This 9ct Rolex watch was given to my aunt for her 21st birthday on 12th February 1928. She wanted me to have it but I was happy that my mum wore it for many years. I gently would it up today, it still works!

EDIT: Since posting this I have remembered that what surprised me was, we never reasised it was a Rolex until it was stolen and the Police were trying to find out whose it was. My mum's house was burgled while she was staying with me and the Police recovered her things and were puzzled that no-one had reported them missing!
