Flowering

I have absolutely no idea what this is, but it smells beautiful. It's right outside the entrance to plant sciences and I love to stop and look at it. It's very strange that it has so many flowers and no leaves.

My college had a burns night tonight and it was great. There was even a bagpiper and themed napkins! :) I took a photo but it was too blurry, so my earlier photo of this plant had to do!
