Supper

I bought a ceramic smoker / barbeque. It is basically a charcoal oven (of the type the first world tells the third world it is bad for them, environment, health, etc etc.) But in rural Nebraska.... All ok. Beer can chicken smoked with apple wood for Monday night and chicken sandwiches to follow for the next day or so. Wow! These winters are mild what a difference from Calgary.
