Bottle Job

My latest beer needed putting into bottles today.

I almost hate this job. It is long and laborious. Clean the bottles inside and out, sterilise the bottles, rinse the bottles, fill the bottles, cap the bottles....

I do end up with just short of 40 metric pints (500ml) of a Belgian Saison beer that will be ready in a few weeks time.

I May enter this into the National Homebrew Competition which is in Bristol in mid September. Have to see how it clears down in the bottle.
