I see this view almost everyday in my life. I enjoy doing sports and I feel bad when I skip it. For me a day without sports is a big loss of time and I believe it is the best way to stay both healthy and fit. It also helps me meditate and think about things that I've been worried about throughout the day. And I am also very obsessed with losing weight so as you can understand very easily, sports plays a very big role in my life.
