V11

There's a brewery in Manchester called Cloudwater. Their not the biggest setup in the world but they know the secret to making the best DIPA (double India pale ale) in the world.
The great thing about their DIPA is that every new batch brewed is slightly different from the previous, this means once a new version is released there's much interest to try it. There currently on version 11.

There's much hype but it's deserved, each time a new version is shipped out it normally sells out after a few days. I've read that this version has completely sold out in bottle form already.

Luckily I have two bottles of this 9%.
