M, who is a rail enthusiast said I wasn't to use my title of "boys and their toys", because they are serious model enginers. So I didn't.
We've been to Cutteslowe Park on the edge of Oxford, where there's a model railway (doh) and an excellent play area - I wish we'd discovered it when our children were young. But we had fun today with granddaughter R and her mummy, who I think both enjoyed their train rides.
Out later for a bank holiday special book group, we are kindly invited to a meal at Ithaca's first. I do like book group!
