Red Sky in the Morning?

Dawn from my kitchen window. Looked pretty good I thought. But then I read in the paper that apparently (particularly this morning) the colours are due to pollutants in the air. Which then reminded me that Turner's epic sunsets were at least partly due volcanic ash in the air as a result of the eruption of the Tambora volcano in 1815 in Indonesia.
