SPOILER ALERT!!!!!  I was done with my blip and then went into the kitchen and what did I see out on one of the markers in the bay?  THIS GUY!!!!  So I am moving the fabulous spider to the extra and giving the bald eagle having his dinner the prime spot for January 24!!!!  We don't see them all that often over by the bay, so today was my lucky day!!!   He was having some dinner (bloody red body parts on top of the post) and when he finally flew off, it only was a second before a seagull was eating the leftovers!

I went out to get the mail and saw this spider's web, complete with the spider in the middle and bolted back in to get the camera.  It's been there several days and I was amazed it was still there after the wind and rain of a couple days ago.  Now I'm wondering why the spider is smack dab in the MIDDLE of the web?  Anyone know why?
