Distraction tactics

Today has been the coldest day of the year according to the -1 on the car this morning but at least the sun appeared and my classroom was really too hot by last lesson. It has been a typical Tuesday with a late finish and then home to Bailey who has had the right idea today and spent a large proportion of it asleep, including tonight once he'd had his tea. My evening included a bit of sewing as distraction for me and an attempt to limit my trips up and down the stairs due to post-Body Pump legs.
