Tidying up

Tidying up the house again for the estate agent, who came by this afternoon with her daughter to take some photos. It turned into quite a social visit, as they're very nice and friendly - and were happy to get in from the heat and drink iced water. Now let's hope their ad will produce some interest (though we have rather cold feet about this whole rental lark).
