It's pouring today, the perfect excuse not to go for a run or cycle into town for my meeting.

Back to my town centre office to Marthas to meet M and then treated to lunch by my wee bro.

Whilst I waited to collect stuff from Diane, Bingo came to say hello. She was thinking about jumping in through the car window to dry off. I love her fluffy tummy but Bob is really my favourite.

A few obstacles in the way today but mostly wee breakthroughs which is much better.
