Where's the Sun??

When the weather forecast is for heavy rain from dawn until dusk and that's exactly the way it's heading then your not going to benefit greatly from Solar Panels.

This is a blip of the Solar PV panels on our house roof which we had installed earlier this year (it helps also when your company works on the installation of Solar PV systems) and as you can see that is not the suns rays beating down on the panels it's rain drops teeming down on them.

Today may not have been a good day to generate free electricity or to benefit from the feed-in tariff generation money but overall we have been pleased with the generation figures and payback so far.

But we won't be happy if this sodden weather keeps up as our panels need some UV exposure to breath and live ;-)
