Box of delights

I've had my little iPod shuffle for a while know but only today did actually learn how to work it properly, and indeed was duly impressed at the little bits of geeky magic tricks it can do.
Been hitting the gym a bit more frequently these days and really getting into it. Maybe even rivalling squash. Ok not quite, but not far off, and this little thing has been keeping me company.
Today I listened to FOOC (From Our Own Corespondent). God I'm so rock n' roll!
