Clean as a whistle....

Spotted this clay drain tile . Theses tiny wee ones are known as whistles and are about 2 inch diameter inside. These days it is all plastic coil pipe that is used.
A drainage system is like the branches of a tree. Small laterals lead into larger branches then into a large main drain.
